	ABR The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
	CIPS The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®, the world's largest trade association. The CIPS Network is comprised of 2,300 real estate professionals who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the "international" market.
	AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY To prosper in today's real estate markets, REALTORS® need new skills for handling transactions that involve minority buyers or sellers. The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® serves its members by teaching these skills through the professional development course At Home with Diversity®. Equally important, NAR helps state and local associations initiate diversity programs to get their memberships in step with the changing times.
	CRS To earn the CRS designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational requirements. They must commit to the highest standards of Ethics. Less than 4 percent of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists.
	GRI Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. The GRI program has helped the best and the brightest in the industry achieve that level of understanding.
	CLHMS Members of The Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market by meeting strict performance requirements.Choose an agent with the CLHMS designation and you know he or she has a solid track record of helping affluent clients achieve their real estate goals. Sally is also a member of the Million Dollar Guild, which is given to those CLHMS designees with a prooven track record of top tier home sales.
	E-PRO An e-PRO is a REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.
